As a General Manager, you will have ownership of a single Jack's store, overseeing all aspects including sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, and operations. Your daily responsibilities will include: Leading your team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards Providing friendly, smiling service to guests Achieving daily sales, service, food, and labor goals Managing a business valued at over a million dollars with high energy and standards Hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing your team Preparing and serving delicious southern foods, including chicken Creating a supportive, respectful, and fun work environment What You Bring to the Role: Energy and a warm, friendly demeanor Servant leadership qualities Flexibility to multitask and work 50-55 hours per week Strong conflict resolution skills Business acumen including P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, and food safety Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) Rewards and Benefits: Weekly pay Monthly bonus potential Work/life balance Opportunities for growth (we promote from within!)
