Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced Maths Teacher for a mainstream secondary academy based within the Rochdale area. The role will involve teaching Maths at both KS3 & KS4 and previous experience teaching at both levels is required. The position is due to begin on 26/01/26 and will continue on a full-time basis, 5 days per week until the end of the academic year. Teachwise is currently looking for a skilled and experienced pastoral manager for a local secondary academy based in Manchester. The role will begin on 19/01/2026 and will continue on a full-time, long-term basis. The role will involve working with pupils across KS3 & KS4 providing all aspects of pastoral support. Some pupils may be dis-engaged and exhibit challenging behaviour whilst others require specialist support for issues outside of school. You will need to have excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to engage with pupils from a wide array of backgrounds. You will work closely with SLT, head's of year and external agencies. The position would suit someone who has previously worked as a pastoral manager or senior mentor within a secondary school setting.
