Responsibilities: Manage the day to day Finance function Lead and manage full month end, full ownership of Profit & Loss preparation Managing a team of 2 Prepare monthly reports for the board of directors, including P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow, and understand variances to budget and prior year. Manage end-of-year audits and statutory accounts across all UK & Europe locations. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, Corporation Tax, and Payroll Tax/Social Security. Business Partner with Operations and General Managers. Attend weekly head of department meetings, either on-site or remotely. Manage and develop a team of 2 finance assistants. Oversee the annual budget process, ensuring templates are set up and working closely with operations to complete and review budgets. Requirements: A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). Extensive experience in financial management within the financial services industry. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
