Job Responsibilities Simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve customer experience Manage and develop innovative, production-quality tools to address operational challenges Investigate technical issues thoroughly and provide solutions to prevent recurrence Deliver technical solutions to real business problems within a global organization Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience 2+ years of experience in a large-scale network environment
