Overview Join Wonderly's Event Operations Team as an Events Executive - Where Big Ideas Become Unforgettable Experiences! Reporting directly to the Senior Event Manager, you'll play a key role in both supporting and leading your own smaller scaleconferencesfrom start to finish. This is a dynamic role where you'll own every aspect of event execution, including: Strategic Event Planning & Flawless Logistics: Orchestrating seamless experiences from concept to completion. Financial Administration: Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments, and liaise with credit control for outstanding payments. Vendor & Venue Management: Research and source venues and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with policies. Technical Coordination: Brief AV teams, arrange testing for hybrid events, and build online/hybrid event platforms. Stakeholder Communication: Participate in client/supplier meetings, manage event inboxes, and serve as a point of contact for sponsors/exhibitors. Post-Event Activities: Collect attendee feedback and manage budget reconciliation. Sustainability & Compliance: Adhere to sustainability policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with procurement and industry regulations.
