This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to a broad range of asset classes and regulatory frameworks. This position supports the Deputy Head of Trade & Transaction Reporting and the Global Head , playing a critical role in ensuring the firm meets all its global regulatory reporting obligations with accuracy and control. About the Role As a Regulatory Reporting SME, you will manage and execute key daily processes, lead issue resolution efforts, and liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business. You will be primarily focused on EMIR and SFTR , while also gaining exposure to other global reporting regimes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Change Management, and Technology Manage BAU regulatory reporting activities including daily submissions, exception management, static data maintenance, and MI reporting Perform reconciliations between internal systems and trade repositories, investigating discrepancies with counterparties and trading desks Analyse pairing and matching breaks using internal tools and coordinate resolutions Respond to internal and external queries, delivering timely and accurate analysis Maintain and update procedural documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team Actively participate in the Trade & Transaction Reporting Committee and Working Groups to track risks, adapt to regulatory changes, and enhance operational processes Required Skills and Experience Strong experience in EMIR and SFTR reporting is essential Familiarity with other regulatory regimes (e.g., MiFID II , DMO , Commodities Position Reporting , Best Execution , Instrument Reporting , Trade Reporting , REMIT ) is desirable Experience with trade repositories including UnaVista , DTCC , or Regis-TR is preferred Solid understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and trade lifecycle processes Cross-asset class knowledge is advantageous Strong control orientation with understanding of governance frameworks Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across departments Highly analytical, numerate, and organised Professional, dependable, and proactive Ability to take ownership of issues and deliver resolutions independently Technical Proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Visio Personal Attributes Self-motivated and confident working with minimal supervision Adaptable and proactive in approach Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement Effective problem-solver with the ability to see tasks through to completion Job Info Job Identification 245281 Posting Date 07/25/2025, 08:38 PM Locations Five Churchill Place, London, Canary Wharf, E14 5HP, GB
