As we continue to expand in the UK, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our London office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable managing varied responsibilities in a professional setting and can stay organized when things don't always follow a set routine. Role Overview The Administrative Assistant will provide key support across office operations, team coordination, and vendor management. The role will involve a mix of front-line administrative duties and back-office support, helping to ensure the office functions efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to the operations and leadership team Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for team events and visitors Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for building services, IT support, and deliveries Assist with travel bookings and expense processing for team members Support onboarding logistics for new joiners (desk setup, welcome packs, ID creation, etc.) Help keep records, policies, and compliance-related documents organized and accessible Coordinate internal communications and help maintain a professional office environment Provide ad hoc support to the broader UK team as needed Requirements 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and work independently Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and attention to detail Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience A supportive, professional working environment with exposure to a growing international business Opportunity to learn and grow as part of a close-knit team Centrally located office in the City of London Comprehensive benefits package , including: Private health insurance Critical illness cover Group life insurance Income protection Company pension scheme with employer contributions
