Project Lead - Funding Entity What we're looking for: Are you interested in leading a high profile and interesting project which could help shape the future of Peabody? Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Project Lead - Funding Entity on a Fixed Term basis at our Westminster Bridge Road offices. A bit about the role: As a Project Lead - Funding Entity, you will be responsible for managing and leading on a workstream to create new regulated corporate entities. Leading on the project to create these entities working closely with the wider Finance team to ensure delivery aligns with budgets, programmes and deliverables within the projects and that risks are identified, coordinated and managed appropriately. It will also require clear communication and consultation with internal stakeholders and that approvals from key internal stakeholders and internal committees are obtained, as required. Some of the key results for the role include: Project manage the process and pull together workstreams on governance, board recruitment, business planning and process design. Developing a firm understanding of the objectives of the new funding structure and the steps that need to be taken to create the associated entity structure. Driving a way forward in an environment of uncertainty, reaching an agreed position and managing expectations as this project runs alongside the funding structure workstreams. Briefing the CFO, Director Treasury and Corporate Finance and Head of Corporate Finance as well as the Finance & Treasury Committee, and other relevant committees on the project. This role will require a minimum of 1 - 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office.
