The ideal candidate will have/be: Over 5 years' experience in B2B publishing, digital marketing, and audience development, focused on growth and engagement. HubSpot certified, with advanced knowledge of workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting. Proven team leader with experience mentoring across campaigns and marketing operations. Strong record of improving conversion rates and ROI through data-led strategies. Analytical, with expertise in GA4 and attribution modelling. Experienced in agency management, budgeting, and performance tracking. Collaborative communicator, confident working with sales, content, and design teams. Highly organised, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
