To Apply for this Job Click Here Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Woking, Surrey Location: Woking, Surrey Salary: £43,000 + Overtime Shift: Split shifts - 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm (rotates every 3 weeks) We are seeking a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established Building Services Company at a state-of-the-art site in Woking, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider and gain experience on a flagship site. About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with proven experience in electrical building maintenance. Some mechanical experience is also required to handle basic mechanical tasks such as PITS and FITS. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks Respond to emergency callouts Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting controls Routine mechanical work such as toilet, drainage, tiling, and sink maintenance Fault finding and maintenance of AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, and LV systems Lamp and ballast replacements Emergency lighting testing Pump and filter changes, generator maintenance, and panel troubleshooting Requirements: City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation Commercial building maintenance experience City & Guilds 18th Edition Some mechanical skills to perform basic tasks Package Includes: £43,000 salary + overtime Annual leave plus bank holidays Pension scheme First-class internal and external training Recognition scheme Excellent workplace culture Career progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer looking to work in a dynamic environment with strong professional development prospects.
