Test Analyst Apply for this position Requirements and Responsibilities Scoping, planning and scripting for test requirements based on technical documentation Test Execution Exploratory, experience based Test Support, client focused ad-hoc sessions Compatibility testing, taking advantage of our industry-leading test lab Reporting of issues found using appropriate bug tracking software Completion of test scripts, reporting of results and making recommendations for further test support Escalation of major issues to Project Lead or Client Contact Liaising directly with clients via phone, email and live chat as well as potential occasional onsite visits Skills, experience and qualifications required Will enjoy pushing technology to its limits Have a sound knowledge of general IT and an excellent eye for detail Have the ability to multitask on numerous tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment while keeping focus on the quality of your work Work well within a team-oriented environment as well as independently An organised, strategic thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Deeply understand client challenges and pain points through insightful questioning and active listening. Develop compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions. Partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet client requirements. Assist with the sales cycle by negotiating contracts and closing deals. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success. Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or higher Proven track record in Sales and/or marketing Experienced in identifying new business opportunities. We are seeking a full-time Software Development Engineer responsible for applying software engineering principles to design, develop, test, and maintain applications and services, meeting business and technical goals within budget and timelines. Software Engineer Responsibilities Modify device drivers to support the surprise removal of adapters across operating systems. Port new Windows releases to run on the latest hardware. Investigate QA and field-reported bugs and develop fixes. Learn new skills to help the team deliver value to customers. Experience in OS debugging and analyzing system crashes using WinDbg. Use source control and bug tracking tools such as Git, Subversion, and Jira. Understand software testing concepts, bug lifecycle, and test estimation techniques. Work effectively in an Agile environment. Exhibit critical thinking and analytical skills to prioritize bugs and tasks, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
