Contribute to team-wide initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and service delivery. Engage with legal technology tools and promote their effective use. Experience required Strong legal technical knowledge in at least one practice area (finance, restructuring, corporate, or similar). Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally as a Paralegal or equivalent. Confidence in managing workloads and working to deadlines. Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desirable: Supervisory or mentoring experience. Experience in defining or refining legal workflows and process improvement. Exposure to or interest in legal technology solutions.
