Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients. What's in it for you? Competitive Salary - £49,767 per annum Company van and fuel card - with personal use available from day one Full door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings - All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year) Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance About the Job: You'll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs - all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same. To be successful you will have Essential: Valid UK driver's license Refrigeration engineering experience F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) CO2 Qualification Supermarket refrigeration experience Excellent communication and time management A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness Additional info: The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks Why join Arcus: We're an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
