You ll work alongside a dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) for lead generation support, and a Marketing Executive who assists with targeted campaigns, events, and tailored outreach Key Responsibilities • Generate and progress your own pipeline of new business opportunities. • Use channels such as cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking to engage prospects. • Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across target accounts. • Lead the sales process from initial engagement through to contract close. • Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify, advance, and forecast opportunities effectively. • Collaborate with Marketing and BDMs to drive campaign activity and engagement. • Engage executive sponsorship at key deal stages to accelerate sales cycles. • Accurately forecast and report on pipeline health and deal progress. About the Role As the Test Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing test hardware and software solutions to meet customer specifications and internal quality standards. You ll be responsible for developing innovative testing systems, managing the full testing lifecycle, and ensuring products meet performance and compliance criteria. Reporting directly to the Engineering and R&D Manager, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be hands-on in a fast-paced engineering environment, contributing to cutting-edge product development. Key Responsibilities Design and build both manual and automated test boxes and cable sets, complete with supporting technical documentation. Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and test documentation. Develop, implement, and report on testing plans, procedures, and outcomes. Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues arising during test phases. Liaise with external testing facilities to ensure product compliance and certification. Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, cable diagrams, and troubleshooting. Competency in script and logic programming for automated test systems. Strong IT literacy and familiarity with software programming principles. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills. Desirable: Knowledge of motion control, servo drives, or Arduino platforms. Experience with PCB design or circuit layout. About the Role As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems, servo drive configurations, and software solutions aligned to customer specifications and internal standards. Working closely with the Engineering and R&D Manager, you ll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering projects from concept through to completion, combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving to develop world-class control systems. Key Responsibilities Configure and commission a variety of servo drives and motors/actuators to meet application-specific requirements. Diagnose and resolve servo drive, motion control, and software issues with precision and efficiency. Design, develop, and implement software programs for control systems and automation projects. Write clean, testable, and efficient code while ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards. This is a great opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. You'll be working in a fast-paced, BRC-regulated environment where you ll play a key part in maintaining equipment, solving breakdowns, and supporting continuous improvement. The Role: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is a practical, on-the-tools role ideal for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and being part of a tight-knit team. You ll be responsible for keeping machinery in top condition, logging maintenance activity, and making sure any issues are resolved quickly and safely.
