This is a dynamic and broad role that will combine digital positions and marketing activities that build, position, and grow the brand, including high-level organisational support. What You Can Expect Salary up to £40 000 depending on experience Site based role in Rural Herefordshire Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Opportunities for progression within a purpose-led company What You Will Be Doing Working closely with the brand team to support campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities Confidently using social media as a day-to-day tool to support brand awareness and customer engagement Track and analyse the performance of all campaigns and provide regular performance reporting Collaboration with marketing teams to align marketing activity and customer engagement strategies. Assisting with the preparation and delivery of presentations and new business pitches Providing diary management and administrative support to senior leadership team Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure smooth business operations Supporting multiple business projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced effectively Routine Travel assisting with brand visibility and customer relationships, representing the brand at trade shows, events. What We Are Looking For A genuine passion for food, wellness, or sustainability Previous experience in Digital Marketing, PA, PR roles with strong organisational skills, diary management, coordination Exposure to PPC campaign support, including keyword coordination, performance monitoring, and lead attribution through CRM platforms. Working knowledge of SEO principles to support content optimisation, traffic analysis, and conversion tracking.
