Innovation & Evaluation Monitor and evaluate programme impact using feedback and data to drive improvements. Stay current with emerging L&D and OD trends, technologies, and methodologies. Apply insights to enhance learning practice and employee experience. About You To thrive in this role, you will bring: Experience designing and delivering internal learning programmes, with a strong focus on management and leadership development. Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Confidence working across the full L&D/OD cycle - from needs analysis to evaluation. Knowledge of digital learning tools and LMS platforms. Experience supporting succession and talent development strategies. A curious mindset and passion for continuous learning and innovation.
