A City of London based international trading firm now has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their forward thinking HR team. The business have 800+ employees in a variety of locations across the globe. This particular role will be supporting a trading population in the UK and several distribution offices in Europe and Asia. The role itself will have a broad HRBP remit covering a multitude of areas such as organisational design, employee relations, leadership coaching, talent and succession planning, risk management, senior level stakeholder management and HR projects e.g. opening of new offices. We are looking for candidates who have, ideally, previous experience of working with a trading business and population. This will ensure that candidates have a deep understanding of the market, role and pressures as well as macroeconomic issues which effect performance. Candidates will also need to be able to highly capable across a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, have high emotional intelligence, be commercially astute, and risk aware. A degree and CIPD will also be highly desired.
