The Role As a Finance Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the organisation, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and effective budgeting. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision making and sustainable growth. This role combines hands on financial management with leadership responsibilities, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. The Role Our Product Development organization is made up of small teams of engineers who work collaboratively to build cross functional capabilities, streamline user workflows and continuously improve our software's efficiency and reliability. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Backend Engineer to join our growing team. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining a wide range of platform and application-level services for end users across myriad sectors.
