Role Responsibilities: • Maintain a total facilities systems management program which includes all the various connected and separate electrical, mechanical, fire and life safety systems that are operational in a facility. • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to system operations and work safety. • Inspect systems to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieve operational conditions prescribed by the client. • Oversee scope development, work request initiation, scheduling, and inspection of work performed by outside contractors, which includes proprietary work, licensed installations, upgrades, and maintenance and inspection of specialised systems. • Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning assistance as needed. • Review assigned work orders. Estimate time, and resources, and order necessary materials to complete all repairs. • Perform assigned repairs and emergency and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repair records as required. • Complete all required and assigned training at a satisfactory level. • Participate in all related programs & activities as required.
