We will count on you to: Work in conjunction with the Claims Consulting Leader to deliver high quality and consistent project output which meets client/project objectives and is delivered on time. Attend client and Marsh office visits. Identify and facilitate a pipeline of sales opportunities of effective risk management solutions for clients across Motor and Casualty risks. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all tasks relating to Consulting work are dealt with promptly and with accuracy. Drive claims product development and the promotion of Marsh solutions to both clients and Insurers. Provide project support on claims matters such as process streamlining, identification of cost leakage, auditing of suppliers, benchmarking, claims cost reduction, training and supplier review/appointment, risk management and claim prevention/reduction strategies. Deliver industry material and coaching advice to client workforce. Develop a strong working relationship with Claims Executives, Client Executives, Clients, and Insurers. What you need to have: Legal / Insurance Claims industry experience with a focus on Motor and Liability Claims. Claims background and knowledge of cross class claims handling. Ability to work as part of a team and within a collaborative environment. Ability to take ownership of own projects to meet timescales and budgets. Solution focus to enable recommendations to impact clients senior leadership teams and policy. Confident communicator and presenter. Ability to influence and build relationships.
