THE ROLE: Due to an ever increasing work load within this very successful Recovery Team my client is looking to appoint a further qualified solicitor (CILEX also acceptable) experienced in litigation. This role can also be undertaken as a Fixed Share Partner. The role will involve managing and leading an established team and require an office presence in Grimsby. 1-2 days per week could be undertaken from the Hull office. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor experienced in litigation, CILEX qualification is also acceptable. Candidates need to have management experience of successfully leading a team and therefore exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required both in writing and verbally. Self confidence and the ability to articulate effectively is essential as is a team playing, collaborative approach.
