(pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation. About the area Student Wellbeing and Engagement is part of the Student Life Directorate, which plays a vital role in delivering a world-class student experience. The Wellbeing team leads the implementation of UWA's Mental Health and Wellbeing Framework, focusing on early intervention, low-barrier services, and proactive wellbeing initiatives. We work closely with students, staff, and community partners to foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. About the opportunity Provide specialist wellbeing support to students in the Business School and School of Humanities. Respond to disclosures of sexual assault/harassment and mental health concerns, including risk assessment and intervention. Deliver training and wellbeing initiatives to build resilience and promote a positive student experience. About you Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (e.g., AASW, PACFA, ACA). Experienced in responding to sexual assault/harassment disclosures and mental health crises. Skilled in delivering wellbeing programs and training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaison and consultation. Highly organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
