Overview We're building out advanced data and dashboard capabilities to power smarter decisions across our full portfolio of brands. To unlock this, we need someone who can dig into the numbers, extract clear insights, and make sure our editorial and social teams act on them. This is not a content creation role. It's an insights role focused on analysing performance, spotting patterns, and connecting the dots between data, audiences, platforms, and culture. You'll translate raw metrics into practical, evidence-led recommendations that sharpen our content strategies and increase performance across all brands. You'll partner closely with brand leads, editors, and platform specialists for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X. Your role is to ensure performance data doesn't just get tracked, but directly influences what we make, how we publish, and where we focus. Core Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse performance across brands and platforms, identifying what's working and where improvements are needed. Create regular, digestible reports that highlight key insights, shifts, and opportunities. Insight Generation: Translate dashboards, metrics, and social listening into actionable insights. Spot early signals in data (algorithm changes, audience behaviour, format performance) and advise on quick adjustments. Trend & Audience Monitoring: Track emerging cultural and platform trends, using both quantitative and qualitative signals. Feed trend insights back into brand and content planning in real time. Frameworks & Playbooks: Build reusable frameworks such as trend trackers, format reports, and audience insight packs. Ensure teams can reference data-backed recommendations for ongoing planning. Collaboration & Enablement: Work with brand leads and creatives to ground brainstorming and planning in audience insights. Provide evidence for scaling winning formats, adapting underperforming ones, or retiring what doesn't work. Platform Partnerships: Partner with team leads to drill into analytics and apply learnings to posting strategies and creative delivery. Keep content teams updated on shifts in platform algorithms and behaviours. Ops & Workflow Support: Ensure dashboards are accurate and accessible, working closely with the Social Ops Lead. Help integrate insights seamlessly into weekly and monthly planning cycles. What You Bring 4+ years in social insights, analytics, or data-driven content roles Strong analytical ability with proven experience in dashboards and social analytics tools (Power BI, Fabric, etc.) Skilled at turning raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for multiple brands Solid understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X) and their metrics Confident working with editorial and creative teams, communicating insights clearly and persuasively Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment Awareness of global audiences, with understanding of UK vs US content cultures Bonus Points Hands-on experience with custom dashboards, automation, or workflow tools ( Power BI) Experience creating reporting frameworks or insight-led playbooks for content teams Background in media, publishing, or growth-focused social brands Curiosity about how culture and data interact to drive content performance Pubity Group is committed to fostering equal opportunities within our organisation. We are dedicated to building a diverse workforce at every level, and we warmly invite all community members to pursue openings with us.
