Research and analyse creator rosters from competitor media brands to inform sourcing strategy. Lead initial outreach, pitch Pubity's value proposition, and onboard creators aligned with our content ethos. Structure onboarding plans and support creators during their initial launch and integration into Pubity's ecosystem. Account Management & Relationship Building Serve as the day-to-day contact for your roster of creators, providing strategic and operational support. Build deep relationships with creators, understanding their content goals, brand vision, and pain points. Growth Strategy & Performance Analyse performance data (engagement, views, revenue, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Monetization, and Creative teams to support creator success across all relevant platforms. Internal Advocacy & Insights Act as a key internal stakeholder for your creators, representing their interests in broader business strategy. Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership, flagging potential growth risks or creator churn early. Keep Pubity ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes affecting creator reach, discoverability, and engagement. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in the creator economy.
