Kick - FT and PT mentoring opportunities (paid) KICK is a Christian charity that transforms young people's lives, with God's love, through sport and support. They deliver values-driven physical education,dance, mentoring, chaplaincy in schools and community KICK Academies. They are looking to recruit individuals for: Part-time or full-time mentoring and dance after-school club (8-40 hrs per week) in Coventry Part-time or full-time mentoring and learning support (8-40 hrs per week) in Birmingham Applicants will need: experience in working with young people to be passionate about delivering one to one mentoring sessions engage well with children and young people with the ability to motivate and inspire have an understanding of todays challenges and be able to support and help with young peoples development use mentoring as a tool to embed like skills/values within each session Knowledge and qualifications: knowledge of Safeguarding Children issues knowledge of how to plan an engaging and age-appropriate mentoring session awareness of Health and Safety issues knowledge of behaviour management strategies Job Type:Full-time or part time Benefits:Free or subsidised travel Health & wellbeing programme
