Production Operative Location: Thetford, Norfolk Salary: 30,000 per year Full Time Permanent Driving Licence Required Anglian Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business based in Thetford. Due to the location of the site, candidates must have their own transport and be able to drive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team producing high-quality specialist products for a range of commercial sectors. The role offers long-term stability and the chance to develop practical manufacturing and assembly skills within a supportive team environment. The Role Working as part of the production team, you will assist with the assembly and manufacture of specialist aluminium products, ensuring items are built accurately and to a high standard while meeting production deadlines. Key Responsibilities Assembling products using hand tools and powered equipment Preparing materials for manufacture and assembly Reading and following technical drawings and job sheets Ensuring products meet quality standards before dispatch Packing and preparing finished items for delivery Following all health and safety procedures within the workshop Supporting with other production tasks when required Candidate Requirements Practical or hands-on background (manufacturing, assembly, construction or similar) Ability to work from drawings or instructions Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team Full UK driving licence and own transport required Package Salary: 30,000 per year Full training provided Stable full-time position within a growing business If you are looking for a hands-on role with a long-term career opportunity, please apply with your CV or contact Emma at Anglian Recruitment for more information.
