The Role The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of construction projects. Key responsibilities include: Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents Pricing subcontract packages and obtaining quotations Liaising with supply chain partners and subcontractors Risk analysis and value engineering opportunities Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams during bid stages Requirements Previous experience as an Estimator within a main contractor Experience pricing new build and refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of construction methods and supply chain pricing Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation and stable pipeline of work across the region.

This role sits between CAD production and early-stage design support, assisting the team through RIBA Stage 3. It is not a lead design role but requires a working understanding of building services systems.
