New Product Manager - Plumbing and Heating Products • In conjunctions with the MF BUD, develop and deliver product strategies that drive profitable growth within the Plumbing & Heating category. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities. • Agree pricing structures with the commercial team and manage product pricing strategies in line with market conditions and business objectives. • Analyse sales and performance data to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making. • Lead product launches, ensuring effective collaboration across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams in the UK and Poland. • Collaborate with the central planning and develop, maintain stock strategies to optimise availability, working capital, and demand. • Support the UK sales team with product insight, tools, and strategic guidance and training. • Build business cases and present commercial recommendations to senior leadership for each case of the New Product Introduction. • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution and the success of the UK product strategy. Product Development & Launch • Lead Product launches, ensuring effective collaboration across sales, marketing and supply chain teams in the UK and Poland. • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of the UK Product strategy. • Support the UK sales team with product insight, tools and training. Stock control & Supply Chain Management • Develop and maintain stock strategies in collaboration with central planning. • Provide instructions on intercompany stock transfers, product code changes and re-labelling, working closely with internal teams. • Support and contribute to supplier negotiations, including verification processes with Poland for all order processed. • Undertake regular travel, including supplier visits, including overseas both inhouse and at supplier premises. Technical, Quality & Compliance • Provide technical support and act as a liaison for product related queries. • Working in conjunction with Group quality to manage customer complaints relating to product failure, quality issues and procedures.
