Quantity Surveyor Location: Basildon, England £50,000 - £70,000 Per Annum Hybrid Working We are seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team working on a Large Utilities Framework on their Essex site on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading UK-based infrastructure services provider with a strong presence in the Utilities, Hospital, Ports and Industrial sectors. Responsibilities: Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects Measure and value works for applications, variations, and final accounts Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events Ensure contracts across the supply chain are fit for purpose Produce and manage Cash Flow Forecasts and CVRs Lead monthly project reviews and chair meetings Requirements: Strong understanding NEC3/4 and other contract forms such as JCT. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline (or HNC with relevant experience) Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and lookups Previous experience working on Utilities projects is highly desirable.
