Part of the PE Global senior management team, with full visibility on company trading. In the medium term grow and manage a EMEA sales team driving the company forward. The successful candidate will need to have experience in the following areas: Proven track record of business development and achieving sales targets working with complex organisations and senior decision makers. Experience in selling Services to clients is essential rather than product selling or packaged sales solutions. Strong proven experience working and dealing with people at the Director or C-Suite level in companies, preferably with a strong contact list. Experience within the HR/Tech/Recruitment or Life Sciences/Healthcare industry preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop and maintain resilient client relationships. PE Global is recruiting a Maintenance Co-Ordinator for our pharmaceutical client based in Speke, Liverpool. The role is an initial 6-month contract. Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely, minimising downtime and extending the lifespan of assets. Compliance and Safety : Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Team Coordination : Coordinate and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks and projects. Inventory Management : Oversee the inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement to support uninterrupted maintenance operations. Role: PE Global are looking for a Mechanical Systems Engineer for a leading Engine Manufacturer based in Peterborough. This is a 12 month + contract. Key Responsibilities Perform analysis of machine & engine data to develop technical objectives, identify system level risks and identify & resolve product issues. Support the creation and maintenance of System FMEA's, and facilitate the creation of system & component validation plans (DVP - Design Verification Plan) for dynamometer & machine. Work with component teams, test engineers, product managers & customers, to make decisions making from engine data reviews and end of test inspections. Collaborate to investigate system level trade-offs including performance, packaging & durability. This will be achieved using a combination of engineering hand calculations, simulation results and test data. Undertake machine integration application risk assessments, working collaboratively with our customers. Key Responsibilities Fault finding on machines, working with software diagnostic tools and using key principles. Manufacturing of parts from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum using TIG and MIG welding plant. Creation of bespoke pipework to fit machine installations. Producing electrical looms to integrate powertrains into machines. Servicing plant machinery to maintain fleet.
