The successful candidate will drive the company in sales events, conferences and large-scale sales campaigns. Collaborate closely with marketing to drive high-impact sales and marketing campaigns. Part of the PE Global senior management team, with full visibility on company trading. In the medium term grow and manage a EMEA sales team driving the company forward. Hybrid work/ home option with travel to the Cork head Office, London and sub offices expected regularly. The successful candidate will need to have experience in the following areas: Proven track record of business development and achieving sales targets working with complex organisations and senior decision makers. Experience in selling Services to clients is essential rather than product selling or packaged sales solutions. Strong proven experience working and dealing with people at the Director or C-Suite level in companies, preferably with a strong contact list. Experience within the HR/Tech/Recruitment or Life Sciences/Healthcare industry preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop and maintain resilient client relationships. Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely, minimising downtime and extending the lifespan of assets. Compliance and Safety : Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Team Coordination : Coordinate and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities Perform analysis of machine & engine data to develop technical objectives, identify system level risks and identify & resolve product issues. Support the creation and maintenance of System FMEA's, and facilitate the creation of system & component validation plans (DVP - Design Verification Plan) for dynamometer & machine.
