Salesforce Business Analyst We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme supporting a large-scale Lead-to-Cash journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce knowledge to work across business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery squads to shape and deliver Salesforce-enabled solutions. Location: London, UK (Hybrid 3 days per week in office) Contract Type: Contract Duration: 12 months Day Rate: £380 per day (Inside IR35) Working Pattern: Hybrid The Role As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role within a product-focused transformation team, supporting discovery activities, requirements definition, solution alignment, and delivery across Salesforce platforms. You will work closely with Product Leads, Product Managers, SMEs, and technical teams to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories. Key Responsibilities Support discovery workshops by preparing materials, capturing requirements, and documenting business processes. Work with stakeholders to understand sales processes, commercial models, exception scenarios, and capability gaps. Provide Salesforce demonstrations and platform walkthroughs to business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery artefacts. Support product teams with backlog refinement and story grooming. Maintain fit-gap assessments, risk registers, capability maps, and requirement documentation. Collaborate with business process teams, change teams, testing teams, and delivery squads. Support UAT preparation, test readiness, cutover activities, and go-live coordination. Produce clear communication materials including summaries, decision papers, and stakeholder updates. Use Salesforce reporting and data analysis to support business decisions. Required Experience Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within Salesforce environments. Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Cash processes. Experience working with Salesforce integrations into ERP or downstream business systems. Experience supporting Salesforce transformation programmes. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior business users. Experience running workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes. Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements. Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, Excel, and SharePoint. Desirable Experience Salesforce CPQ experience. Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. Experience with SAP or Oracle integrations. Experience working within complex enterprise transformation programmes. Experience in product-led Agile teams. Experience within commercial, events, exhibitions, or subscription-based industries. Power BI/reporting experience. BigQuery Data Governance & Access Management Consultant Contract: 6 Months Location: Kent (Hybrid 2 days onsite) Rate: £550 per day (Inside IR35) We are looking for an experienced BigQuery Data Governance & Access Management Consultant to join a major UK organisation on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing a secure, scalable, and business-focused data governance framework across a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. Working with business stakeholders, technology teams, security, and compliance functions, you will define and implement governance standards, access management models, and operating processes that enable secure self-service analytics while maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Data Governance Assess the current BigQuery and GCP data landscape. Define enterprise-wide data governance, access, and usage policies. Establish governance guardrails for analytical data consumption. Develop data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models. Create data classification and handling standards. Access Management & Security Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within BigQuery and GCP. Apply least privilege access principles. Define business-aligned access groups and entitlement structures. Develop privileged access management processes. Establish periodic access reviews and recertification processes. Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure auditability and traceability. Self-Service Analytics Enable secure self-service analytics across the organisation. Enable trusted data domains while reducing dependency on central data teams. Governance Operating Model Define responsibilities for Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Custodians. Essential Skills & Experience 8+ years' experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Strategy. Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Deep understanding of BigQuery security and access management. Proven experience designing enterprise data governance frameworks. Experience implementing RBAC and enterprise access management models. Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills. Experience creating governance policies and operating models. Good understanding of UK GDPR and data privacy principles. Desirable Experience Utilities, Water, Energy, Financial Services, or other regulated industries. Google Dataplex, Data Catalog, IAM, and Cloud Identity. You will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create, validate and maintain models while supporting governance, compliance and data quality initiatives.
