About the Role: We are seeking a Stock Controller to join our Supply Chain team. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring inventory is accurately controlled, efficiently stored, and readily available to support manufacturing and operational requirements. The successful candidate will manage stock across a diverse product range, much of it small-batch, ensuring accuracy, traceability and strong stock discipline while working closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Support warehouse inventory in line with company procedures and processes Receive, store and categorise stock to support internal and external distribution Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and correct stock location allocation Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock systems Carry out daily and weekly rolling stock counts Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective and preventative actions Liaise with internal departments to support effective stock control Support the warehouse team as required Manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment About you: Essential: Proven experience in stock control within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Forklift licence Knowledge/Experience using inventory management systems Knowledge of goods-in and stock control procedures Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexible, accountable and a strong team player Desirable: Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain Demonstrable use of ERP/MRP systems Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
