They are now looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team to support both pre-construction and delivery across a range of fast-paced fit-out schemes. This is a key technical role, bridging the gap between design and delivery. The ideal candidate will come from a mechanical or electrical subcontractor background or in a similar Technical Services Manager role , ideally with hands-on trade experience and a solid understanding of installation and commissioning .
