What You ll Do Provide our customers with industry-leading installation, commissioning, and servicing Install, commission, and service video surveillance, access control, intruder detection, life safety, audio visual and PAVA systems Use site plans and survey documentation to plan and deliver accurate system installations. Deliver retrofit upgrades and remedial works to existing systems Ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. Deliver on-site technical support and advice to customers Keep documentation accurate and in line with industry, regulatory and company standards Work safely and proactively What You ll Bring Technical expertise and knowledge across safety and security systems Experience in security system networking Commercial awareness and understanding of system design, pricing, and upgrades Familiarity and accreditations with manufacturers, including Bosch, Dahau, Hikvision, Gent, Advanced, Gallagher, PAC, Win-Pak, Veracity, Milestone Experience of working in a BAFE/ SSAIB/ NSI accredited company. You re comfortable with computers utilising programmes such as Microsoft, Outlook and MS project databases and working with network hardware and wireless toolkits. Previous experience or coursework in IT support, networking, or infrastructure is advantageous but not essential. Due to the role requiring SC Clearance you must be over 18.
