Job Purpose/Scope We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Graphic Designer to join their Digital Team (IT, Design & Marketing). A variety of projects within a small, but growing team allows for team members to be involved in many aspects of the business and make a real difference in the company. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of all areas of design, with a particular focus on web design and design for print. Video editing skills would also be advantageous, but not essential. A keen eye for detail and ability to design within existing brand guidelines are essential. Day to day duties will include: Designing graphics for our website, email campaigns and social media Updating and refreshing advertisements for publications, signage around our centres and internal marketing communications (printed and digital) Liaising with tutors and line managers to gather information on upcoming projects Helping other members of the Digital team with day to day tasks. Additional duties may include: Ordering of supplies Preparing for exhibitions Required Skills: Adobe InDesign (High competency) Adobe Photoshop (High competency) Adobe Illustrator (High competency) Website design (UI/UX) (no coding or HTML/CSS experience required) Microsoft Office (Working knowledge) Excellent written and verbal communication Very good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Working hours Mon-Thu 8:45 to 5:30, Fri 8:45 to 5:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.
