Recruitment Consultant - Food Manufacturing Division Location: Pickles HQ (Denton / Tameside) Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 + commission Start: ASAP Who we are Pickles Recruitment the unapologetically cheeky, purple-branded recruitment agency taking over the North West one factory at a time. We've just secured our GLAA licence, and we're launching our dedicated Food Manufacturing Temporary Staffing Division. What we need We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who: Has previously recruited into food manufacturing / food production / FMCG Understands compliance, onboarding, right to work checks, and GLAA requirements Can build and maintain strong client relationships Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is resilient, organised, direct, and results-driven Key Responsibilities Client Development Win and manage temp accounts within the food manufacturing sector Carry out regular client site visits Act as the day to day relationship lead for GLAA regulated clients Candidate Management Source, register, interview and onboard temporary workers Ensure compliance is fully aligned with GLAA requirements Manage shift rotas, candidate check-ins and weekly timesheets Business Growth Hit KPIs and revenue targets Maximise revenue through margin management Work closely with the Managing Director to grow the division Essential Experience Previous recruitment agency experience (minimum 1 year temp desk) Knowledge of food manufacturing environments Strong compliance mindset (GLAA experience is a bonus) Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person Organised, resilient, thrives under pressure What's in it for you £32,000 - £34,000 basic salary + commission Opportunity to build a new division from the ground up Progression potential into future leadership roles Office dog (important perk) No micromanagement we care about results How to Apply Email CV to: (url removed) Subject line: "I'm your GLAA Food Manufacturing Rockstar"

Main Purpose of the Role: To be responsible for the full purchase ledger process, from purchase orders through to invoices, payments and reconciliation. Main Responsibilities and Duties: Matching, checking, coding invoices and delivery notes. Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Processing invoices, credit, payments & refunds. Making payments via BACS, SEPA & transfer. Foreign currency calculations. Review an aged creditor listing weekly and maintaining correct balances. Dealing with purchase order stock call off's and price queries. Posting of deposit/ prepayment invoices for call off orders. GRNI reconciliation. Processing staff expenses. Intercompany reconciliations. Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries. Ad hoc duties. Essential Criteria: Polite & professional telephone manner. Experience of working within a team. Experience working within a similar role. Desirable Criteria: Working in foreign currency. Experience of working with an ERP system. Basic Excel proficiency.
