Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm) with a half hour lunch.Role will consist of the below;Job Description - Taking responsibility & being the first point of contact for all tenants/leaseholders/managing agents.- Managing all tenancies agreements- Registering all deposits through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).- Ensuring all new welcome emails to tenants and relevant documents are sent out in a timely manner. - Monitoring all the check in and check out reports.- Ensuring if any necessary deductions are needed to be made on deposits after the check-out report has been provided. - Carrying out property inspections on a regular basis.- Producing detailed inventory reports from time to time on local to office housing stock. - Ensuring all properties are fully compliant with up to date Gas, Electrical certificates and EPCs. - Managing the Emperor Property Group email inbox and phone line on a daily basis.- Dealing with email / letter correspondence, complaints and ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner (48 hour turnaround time).- Preparing emails, letters, supervising and monitoring aspects from time to time.- Organising meetings and managing various tasks set by Operations Manager/Owner to enhance customer service & efficiencies.- Managing all maintenance works on a weekly basis, liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure all works are booked in accordingly. - Implementing and maintaining procedures with tenants.- Attending meetings with senior staff from time to time.- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.- Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager's remit.If this role is of interest to you - then please send your updated CV to or call on ext 113 for more information.
Civil Enforcement Officer** Must have previous experience as a Civil Enforcement Officer. Key result areas/overview Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) patrol the streets. Their primary role is to encourage considerate parking by taking appropriate action against illegally parked vehicles so that the other drivers can go about their daily business with minimum disruption. They work together with CCTV cameras to issue tickets (Officially known as "penalty charge notices" or "PCNs") to vehicles that do not comply with parking regulations. The Dimensions of this role * Issue PCNs to vehicles that are parked in contravention of the parking regulations * Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking * Report any equipment that is in need of repair, so we can get it fixed as quickly as possible * Report other problems with the signs, lined or activity on street * Report abandoned vehicles to management The candidate we need must be an excellent communicator with previous enforcement experience of 6 months or more, you will have an eye for detail along with experience of working with computerised systems. Uniform will be provided for the role; however you will be expected to provide your own black shoes. You will be required to work 42.5 + hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis, between the hours of 7.00am and 9:00pm. So flexibility for the role is essential.
