Key Responsibilities To lead and manage commercial analysis, pricing strategy, and business modelling activities that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. This role acts as a key interface between Sales, NPD, and Operations, ensuring that commercial decisions are data-driven, customer-focused, and aligned with strategic goals. Lead the processing and control of tenders, quotations, and pricing strategies. Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools. Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Drive continuous improvement through data-led recommendations. Person Specification (Essential Criteria) Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of production processes and factory capabilities. Advanced IT and data analysis skills (Excel, BI tools, ERP systems).
