Key Responsibilities: Manage daily site operations and subcontractors Coordinate strip-out and refurbishment activities Ensure the project stays on programme and to spec Maintain high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks Liaise with the client, project manager, and suppliers Requirements: Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally commercial fit-out SMSTS (Essential) First Aid at Work (Essential) CSCS Black or Gold Card (Preferred)
