Working closely with the Financial Controller and CFO, this position will be broad in terms of exposure with a focus on the following duties: Preparation of annual statutory accounts including year-end audit files, working closely with external auditors Financial reporting for the UK Group Consolidation Quarterly management accounting for lenders and NAV reporting Business partnering with Asset Management and Development teams to ensure cooperative relationships Monitor actual spend vs forecasts for developments in progress, revising budget when necessary Create and update new leases with the Asset Management team Prepare year-end service charge reconciliations including audit papers for RICS audit Ad-hoc monthly accounting duties such as VAT and CIS returns as well as bank reconciliations This position would be well suited to a qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA) with real estate experience.
