Job overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented skilled Signage Artworker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, print-ready artwork for a wide range of signage projects, ensuring all files meet production and installation specifications. This role requires strong knowledge of large-format print processes, materials, and finishing techniques, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, amend, and set up arwork for production across various signage formats including: Large format print Vehicle graphics Shopfront signage Exhibition displays Vinyl graphics Wayfinding Systems Ensure artwork files are technically correct and production-ready (bleed, scale, colour profiles, resolution, cutter guides, etc.) Operate within brand guidelines while maintaining high visual standards Liaise with designers, sales team, and production staff to clarify and resolve artwork issues Check client-supplied artwork for suitability and advise on nescessary amendments Create mock-ups and visual proofs for client approval Prepare files for print, vinyl cutting, CNC routing, and other production methods Maintain organised digital file managements Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Assist with continuous imporovement of arwork and production processes Skills & Experience Required Essential: Proven experience in a signage artworker or similar role Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator (essential) Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of: Large-format print production Vinyl cutting and plotter setup Colour management (CMYK, Pantone, RGB) Scaling artwork correctly for large formats Excellent attention to details Strong organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good communication skills Desirable: Experience with RIP software (e.g. Onyx, Caldera) Knowledge of CNC/router file preparation Understand of signage materials and installation methods Personal Attributes: Highly detail-focused Proactive and problem-solving mindset Team player with a positive attitude Flexible and adaptable Quality-driven Working Hours : Monday to Friday 0800 to 1500 Salary: Dependent on experience Benefits: 20 days annual leave increasing a day a year after 5 years to a max of 25 days NEST pension scheme Training and development Paid Overtime
