Key Responsibilities The Account Coordinator / Project Administrator will be responsible for: Managing the administrative journey of customer enquiries from initial contact through to project completion. Coordinating proposals between customers, technical teams, and sales departments to ensure timely progression. Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the quotation and project lifecycle. Following up outstanding proposals and quotations to maximise conversion opportunities. Tracking project progress and ensuring actions are completed by the relevant departments. Liaising with installation and engineering teams to support successful project delivery. Providing customers with updates and managing expectations throughout the process. Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems and internal databases. Producing project-related documentation and supporting operational administration. Assisting with project close-out activities and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Previous experience within an administration, coordination, sales support, customer service, or project support environment. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers and multiple internal departments. A proactive approach with the ability to drive tasks through to completion. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications. The ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy and fast-paced environment.
