They require an exceptional 2 x M&E Commercial Manager for large commercial offices shell & core project based in the city. My client is looking for someone with 10+ years managing projects commercially. This person will be leading a team of 3 surveyors and the project runs through to early 2027. Our client requires a Mechanical Project Engineer's and Project Manager's to work on large shell/fitout projects in London. HNC OR HND in Mechanical Engineering Provide mechanical engineering skills and knowledge to the Project Engineering team Leading continuous improvement projects across the site Creating and maintaining mechanical specifications, drawings, and documentation. Salary £75K - £100K+package - dependent on expereince Would also consider freelance up to £450p/d You must already be in the UK, as this is an immediate start.
