Knowledge of sourcing across complex categories within multiple industry sectors. Will ideally have business consultancy experience. Innovative and fresh thinking in procurement delivery and specialist areas of expertise to ensure client satisfaction. Good interpersonal and engagement skills with ability to support and positively challenge clients and deliver negotiations. MCIPS qualified or holds other relevant business qualification. The role will include travel therefore will require an individual with flexibility to work across multiple locations and be on client site/Capita offices a minimum of four days a week.
