As a Credit Controller you will play a pivotal role in helping the Credit Manager and Credit Control team to improve processes and procedures as well as supporting further growth within the team as further acquisition takes place. Credit Controller Responsibilities Managing a credit control ledger of circa 1000 accounts across several companies within the group Working towards cash collection targets Ensure adherence to company credit policies, financial regulations, and data protection requirements. Regularly reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Prepare and maintain accurate reports on aged debt, cash collection forecasts, and credit exposure. Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance) and external customers to resolve payment issues. Credit Controller Required Experience To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience Previous experience of working within a Credit Control position is essential A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Good Level of Excel V Lookups & Pivot Tables Understanding of Order to Cash process is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members. An enthusiastic, positive, and can do approach to tasks. Happy to commute to other offices if required What's on Offer?
