Main purpose of the role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Services Field Support to join us, the role is field based covering our Midlands regions (including the West Midlands, East Midlands and South Midlands), with opportunity to work from home one day a week. Reporting into the Technical Services Field Lead, the successful candidate will play a vital role within the business, delivering high value service and expertise to our nationwide regional offices, construction sites and sales offices. They will champion IT and business initiatives and be a focal point, assisting/training the regional and site teams to adopt technologies. The role will play a key part in the successful coordination, delivery, in-life support, and removal/re-deployment of digital technology solutions utilised by our business. The daily duties of the Technical Services Field Support will be varied in scope and complexity, and therefore the individual should have a sound and broad technical knowledge, an eye for detail, coupled with good "hands on" practical skills e.g., working at height, using power tools, and installing a variety of technologies, equipment and cabling. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft products and technologies, with knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and networking technologies and the ability to deploy, configure and troubleshoot effectively. Main Purpose for Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Yorkshire East region, this role will initially be a floating position across our sites in the region, including Scarborough and Bridlington. The Sales Executive will work Thursday to Monday, providing a professional service to all our customers and potential customers, with the aim of achieving sales and financial targets on allocated development and contributing to customer delight. The Sales Executive will support the customer through the buying process; both in person at the sales complex and via telephone and email. They will maintain contact with our customers through updates on promotions, and keep existing customers updated on all aspect of build, sales and progression. They will also ensure the standard follow up procedures are adhered to and that all complaints and issues from customers are responded to. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager from the start of the process to ensure targets are met, sales are closed, and deposits taken within set guidelines, working with third parties such as banks, solicitors and estate agents to progress each sale through to completion in a timely manner. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for opening the show home, organising the presentation of the Sales Information Centre, Show Home and Landscaping, including signage and cleanliness. Main purpose of the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Programmer to join us in this core role within the Construction Team. This role sits within our in our Yorkshire West region, based from our regional office in Beeston, Leeds. Reporting into the Construction Director, the main purpose of the role is to manage the COINS build programme with any updates, amendments or revisions and ensuring any revised schedules are communicated to the site management teams within the region. The Construction Programmer is also responsible for monitoring progress on build schedule and identify any risks or delays in delivery and proactively manage these with recovery plans. The successful candidate will also be responsible for completing relevant administrative work within the team. For this position, we are looking for someone with experience within a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry.
