Based from site offices, duties will include overseeing on site activities and the team on site to ensure the works are completed to the design, health & safety, client liaison, reporting, allocation sheets and attending regular meetings with line managers and stakeholders. To be considered for this role you will hold SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and other relevant certs and will be a proven Works Manager within the Civil Engineering sector and on the works listed above. They seek someone from an Engineering background who holds SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS with all round Civils experience gained within the Main Contracting environment. Due to a rapid increase in work within their Water sector, our client, a top Regional Civil Engineering and utilities Contractor has an immediate need for a Supervisor to work on a project they on a Sewage Treatment Plant in Reading with specific works involving the installation of steel pipework into the Treatment works building. Daily duties will include overseeing specialist Sub Contractors on site ensuring they are compliant with health & safety and paperwork required, checking snags, reporting and generally acting as a go between with the client and stakeholders. To be considered you will hold SSSTS, First Aid, EUSR and ideally a Thames Water passport. You will also have proven experience in the Water industry with stainless steel pipe experience an advantage but not essential. Good interpersonal skills are required for this. 2 x Site Engineer-M25 (Dartford area) We have the urgent need for site engineer for M25 works including parapets, drainage, surfacing and bridge strengthening. Night works with occasional days. Must have SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid Starting early march and for an initial month with longer term very possible.
