Our client, a top Civil Engineering and Utility Contractor have the need for a Site Engineer to support Heavy Civil Engineering and Utility Diversion works in Central London. Based from site, daily duties will include Setting Out and QA along with assisting with overseeing Contractors and paperwork as and where required. To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering and ideally have Utilities and Civil Engineering experience with HS2 a definite advantage. You will also have CSCS as a minimum. In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with a start early February and a 3 month contract that could very well be extended due to future workload. Senior Quantity Surveyor-Ipswich- OUTSIDE IR35 & Long Term Good Morning All. Coming up to the Christmas Break, I have had an urgent need in for a Senior QS for a recently awarded Highways scheme just north of Ipswich. The project involves a major Drainage Upgrade and is NEC Option 4 with daily duties including Setting Up Contracts, Change Management/Variations and attending regular meetings with the Client and senior Management. To be considered, you will ideally hold a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have worked on Civil Engineering schemes within the Main Contracting environment. You will also ideally be within daily travel from Ipswich with remote working on offer once settled. Top day rate on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and ongoing contract.
