Ensure adherence to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 throughout all stages of the procurement process. Provide excellent client service by building and maintaining strong relationships with client contacts, proactively communicating project updates, and addressing any client concerns. Actively support the Senior Procurement Manager in the development and delivery of new service offerings. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all procurement activities. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in public sector procurement, with a strong understanding of PA23 and PCR 2015.
