Job Role As an Experienced Paint Sprayer in the Metal Fabrication Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that metal components and structures are coated with high-quality finishes, meeting industry standards and client expectations. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the aesthetics and durability of the modular products. Apply paint coatings to metal components and structures using various spray equipment. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired finishes. Inspect painted components for defects and make necessary touch-ups. Maintain and clean spray equipment and paint booths. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensure quality control and consistency in paint application. Person Profile Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a metal fabrication or similar environment. Knowledge of different paint types, application techniques, and surface preparation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed. Relevant certifications or training in paint application is a plus.
