Demonstrable capability of selling the value and benefits of Circular Economy and Solutions that can meet our customers' sustainability targets Ability to lead effectively within a matrix structure where influencing is required at times rather than direct line management. Will be adaptable and able to employ a consultative style or a more directive approach as necessary. Will be highly articulate and able to easily translate and communicate complex messages. Confident, clear, and concise communicator at all levels, with strong and engaging presentation skills.
