Job Summary: As DisplayNote's Channel Sales Manager, you'll own the growth and enablement of our integration and hardware partner ecosystem - while also developing relationships directly with end users. This is not a behind-the-scenes channel role: you'll be equally active in the field, co-selling, supporting partner success, and building DisplayNote's visibility across regional AV communities. Job Description: What You'll Do Prospect and engage both integration partners and end users - building DisplayNote's presence with distributors, resellers and system integrators Deliver demos and joint sales calls with partners - you're as comfortable in front of a customer as you are in a partner meeting. Enable partners for success - train their sales and technical teams, share collateral, and troubleshoot integration questions. Be present and responsive - availability, follow-through, and visibility are your trademarks. Track partner performance - monitor pipeline, influence deal registration, and recommend incentive adjustments to drive activity. Gather market intelligence - feed insights back to the product and marketing teams to sharpen DisplayNote's differentiation in the AV ecosystem. Represent DisplayNote at regional AV and integration events - show up, engage, and build community-level awareness that drives pipeline. What You'll Bring 4+ years of experience in channel or partner sales, ideally in AV, UC, or collaboration technology. Strong field presence and ability to build credibility fast with partners and customers alike. Proven ability to drive co-selling success with integration and OEM partners. Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills. High accountability, responsiveness, and relationship follow-through. Success Looks Like Consistent partner-driven revenue growth.
