Our domestic team are trained across three core roles, namely, Kitchen Assistant, Laundry Assistant, and Cleaner. Domestic Assistants are valued members of our team who play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home. From making sure every room is sparkling clean and every resident has freshly laundered clothes, to helping ensure that no one goes hungry. Your contribution helps create a happy, healthy and safe environment. You'll also get to spend time with some truly wonderful residents who have incredible life stories to share. Being part of our domestic team means you're helping to make life a little more comfortable, a little more joyful, and a lot more meaningful for up to 35 older individuals. If you have experience in configuring and implementing business-critical software and can translate complex automotive processes into seamless software solutions, we want to hear from you. This is a customer-focused role that requires regular travel to customer sites. What to Expect In this role, you will: Implement Pinewood DMS for new and existing automotive retailers across the UK and internationally. Ensure a high-quality implementation process by continuously reviewing and refining practices. Work closely with customers to understand their needs, configure parameters, and set up the system for a seamless 'Go Live' experience. Deliver remote and on-site consultancy tailored to the unique needs of each client. Run clear, engaging training sessions to help clients unlock the full value of the system. Continuously develop your knowledge of Pinewood DMS, including its parameters, functionalities, and integrations. About You You'll be an excellent communicator, capable of collaborating and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. Your problem-solving mindset and deep understanding of the automotive industry will be key to your success. What you'll need: A strong background in the automotive industry, particularly in a dealership environment. Willingness to travel regularly (up to 80% of your time will be spent on client sites in the UK and internationally). A clean UK driving license (No more than 6 points). Exceptional organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple projects. A deep understanding of automotive retail processes. Relevant finance or accounting qualification, such as AAT Level 4. Experience maintaining balance sheets, producing annual budgets, and generating accurate Financial reports - with the ability to incorporate these into the DMS. Hands-on experience using Pinewood DMS in a dealership capacity.
